The brief was to design a board that pops off the water at low speed, remains stable for size, feels dialed in and just rip-able when up foiling, with as little swing weight as possible per size. All our boards offer a unique ultra-stiff feel, due to our unique construction process. Featuring super sharp rear edges similar to those on racing windsurfers, we have ditched the tail bevel, giving more rear volume to rely on for early take offs. Using PPC's unique molded core technology, we achieved even sharper edges and kept the strength in the sharp points. Regular CNC-constructed boards simply cannot do this.
The inserts and track positions were re-developed, ensuring true balance when the foil is connected, so that you get that locked-in feeling, whatever your stance is – especially foiling at speed.
